Rules for using limousines and commercial vehicles:

  • The reservation is considered fixed after receiving the advance payment. Advance payment should be made by bank transfer or cash. If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before your order, the advanced payment will not be refunded. The full amount must be paid before the start of the trip.
  • The customer is financially responsible for damage to the vehicle. If the interior of the car is damaged, the customer is reimbursed the cost of the damaged item (chairs, equipment, glasses—20 euros / 1 piece).
  • In case of severe contamination of the interior of a limousine or commercial vehicle, the customer pays a fine of 200 euros for the cost of dry cleaning. The client has the right to check the cleanliness of the car’s interior before the start of the trip.
  • Before the start of the limousine trip, the route and duration of the order (time) are negotiated; for every additional 15 minutes of the next hour, a fee of 120 euros is charged as for a full hour.
  • Taking out the glasses from the limousine interior occurs only with agreement with the driver.
  • The driver of a limousine or commercial vehicle has the right to stop the trip early if the clients are very drunk.
  • The speed of a limousine with passengers in the city is no higher than 40 km/h, on the highway no higher than 65 km/h
  • Every car can have an accident or break down along the way. In this case, the amount for unused time is returned to the customer.

Wedding packages:

NB! Limousines cannot be booked for wedding packages without 100% advanced payment!

In our cars it is prohibited:

  • Smoking in the car

  • Use open fire in and near our vehicles.

  • Use drugs

  • Spray hairspray, perfume, deodorant, and other volatile substances that have a specific odor in the salon.

  • Leave children under 12 years of age unattended in the car.

  • When driving, expose your head, legs, and other parts of the body to the window.

  • Throw garbage and various objects out the window while driving.

  • Forcing a driver to violate traffic rules.

  • NB! Our company is not responsible for luggage and personal belongings forgotten in transport. However, the driver delivers forgotten items to the office at Rohuneeme tee ¼, Viimsi. In this case, you can come to our office and pick up your things. If you would like us to deliver items, there may be an additional charge.
